Please include your device model, OS version (iOS or Android), app version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue happened during gameplay, include the mode or scenario you were playing and what you tapped right before the issue appeared.

- Debt Escape does not require an account.
- Your game saves, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device.
- You can delete local app data from Settings > Delete All Data.
- If sound is muted, check the in-app sound setting and your device volume settings.
- If ads are unavailable, continue playing and try again later. Ad availability can depend on network connection, region, consent settings, and ad inventory.
